Colleges also aim to provoke the student’s and the community’s interest in theater as a truthful demonstrator of the human condition. This gives room for directors and actors to put together performances that reflect their personal human conditions. Also, it is important to acknowledge that theaters promote the exchange of ideas, so that even cast members and actors can learn from one another. There is no doubt that College Theater helps develop cultural understanding among both the audience and crew.
